Interior PPF: Protecting Screens and Piano-Black Trim
What interior PPF is, which interior surfaces it protects and why vehicle-specific precut patterns matter for screens and piano-black trim.
Modern car interiors are full of glossy surfaces: touchscreens, digital clusters, piano-black centre consoles and door trims. They look great in the showroom and pick up fine scratches quickly.
What interior PPF is
Interior PPF is clear protective film applied to interior surfaces. It takes everyday contact from fingers, keys, rings, bags and cleaning cloths before it reaches the screen or trim.
Surfaces it is used on
- Infotainment touchscreens - Digital instrument clusters - Piano-black centre consoles and gear surrounds - Gloss door and dashboard trims
Why precut patterns matter
Interior parts are small and curved, and cutting film by hand around them takes time and risks marking the trim. Vehicle-specific precut patterns are shaped for a particular model, so the film fits the part and installation is faster and cleaner.
EAGLE PPF Interior Precut
EAGLE PPF Interior Precut uses 190-micron film with Instant Self-Healing Technology and vehicle-specific patterns. Patterns are made for specific models, so check availability for your car with our team.
Caring for interior film
Clean with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh glass cleaners or solvents unless your installer confirms they are suitable for the film.
